Flash sale items are offered in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.

To reserve your order, payment must be made in full within two (2) days of placing the order.

Payment is accepted via Venmo only.

Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled and made available to the next person on the list.

No refunds will be issued for paid Flash Sale Orders even if order is cancelled. 

Per Minnesota Registered Cottage Food Producer requirements, orders cannot be shipped.  Local pick up only.

For custom cakes, cookies, cupcakes or other specialty orders, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

This deposit must be paid within two (2) business days of receiving the order agreement.

Deposits can only be paid via Venmo, cash, or check.

Your order is not considered booked until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance for a custom order is due at time of pick up or delivery (order fulfillment).

Unpaid orders will not be fulfilled.

The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total balance due at fulfillment.

Final payment can be made via Venmo, cash, or check and can be made at any time, up until, or at, the time of fulfillment.

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel within seven (7) days of pickup, the full balance may still be due.

Roxy’s Bake Shoppe operates as a registered cottage food producer in Minnesota.
Products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection and may come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to: wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.

Roxy works hard to match inspiration photos, but exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
Colors, placement, and decorative elements may vary slightly based on materials and design needs.

In cases of extreme weather or unsafe travel conditions, pickup times may be adjusted for everyone’s safety. Roxy will communicate any changes promptly.
